Mercycare Succeed Center is a community-driven, alternative learning institution located in the heart of Mathare slums, Nairobi. Since 2010, we have served as a transformative hub for vulnerable populations including:

• Adolescent girls and boys

• School dropouts

• Teenage mothers

• Reformed individuals

We are committed to empowering lives and restoring hope by providing academic support and hands-on vocational training—giving learners the tools they need to become self-reliant and productive members of society.

Allan Alango
Executive Director

 Allan is the founder and visionary behind Mercycare Succeed Center. With over a decade of experience working in under-resourced communities, he leads the organization with a deep passion for youth empowerment and social change. His leadership has helped the center grow into a trusted institution in Mathare, offering hope and opportunity to hundreds.

Augustine Ngala
Principal
 Augustine is the academic and training head of Mercycare. He supervises curriculum delivery, oversees both formal and vocational programs, and works closely with trainers to maintain high-quality instruction. His dedication ensures learners receive a holistic and empowering educational experience.

Biko Sewe
Operations Director 

 Biko oversees the daily running of the center, ensuring smooth implementation of programs and operational efficiency. His hands-on management style and strong connection with the community play a key role in keeping the institution grounded and responsive to local needs.

Eve Kasungu
Head of Marketing & Counselling 
 Eve leads the center’s outreach, partnerships, and psychosocial support programs. She plays a dual role in promoting the center’s mission and offering critical counselling services to learners, especially teenage mothers and reformed youth. Her compassionate approach ensures that every learner feels seen, heard, and supported.
