His leadership has helped the center grow into a trusted institution in Mathare, offering hope and opportunity to hundreds.
Biko oversees the daily running of the center, ensuring smooth implementation of programs and operational efficiency. His hands-on management style and strong connection with the community play a key role in keeping the institution grounded and responsive to local needs.
